2. Use of the App
UdhaarBill provides tools for digital khata management and invoicing. You agree to use the App for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a Premium subscription. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
4. User Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into UdhaarBill. We do not claim ownership of your business data. However, you grant us a license to host, backup, and display this data in order to provide the Service to you.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. You agree that UdhaarBill shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Account Creation, Security, and Liability
By creating an account on UdhaarBill, you warrant that you are authorized to represent the business entity associated with the account. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs, passwords, and device access. UdhaarBill provides the platform to record transactions; however, we are not a party to the actual commercial agreements between you and your customers. We bear no liability for unpaid debts, disputes regarding the quality of goods sold, or errors made by your staff when entering data into the ledger. The accuracy of the financial data, including GST calculations and invoice numbering, remains the sole legal responsibility of the merchant.
