When you register for UdhaarBill, we collect essential information required to operate a secure financial platform. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, and optionally, your GSTIN and business address. We also collect the contact details of the customers you add to your ledger. Crucially, we do not sell your customer data, nor do we contact your customers directly with marketing material. The data you input into your ledger (transaction amounts, udhaar details, inventory logs) is encrypted and stored securely on our cloud servers solely to provide you with seamless multi-device sync and automated backup.
We employ enterprise-grade security measures, including 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to production databases is strictly restricted. We use RBI-regulated payment gateways and do not store raw credit card numbers. Your data belongs to you, and you can export or delete it at any time.
