Founded in 2026, UdhaarBill is proudly Made in India. Our team consists of passionate engineers and financial experts who spent months speaking directly to shopkeepers across the country to understand their daily struggles with pending payments, complex GST billing, and lost paper diaries.
We realized that while large enterprises have expensive software, small businesses are left behind. UdhaarBill bridges that gap by providing a simple Android app that anyone can use to track their udhaar and print thermal GST receipts.

Our Company Story & Mission
The story of UdhaarBill begins not in a Silicon Valley boardroom, but in the bustling wholesale textile markets of Surat and the crowded kirana alleys of Ahmedabad. In 2024, our founders observed a critical disconnect: while consumer payments had been completely revolutionized by UPI and digital wallets, the backbone of Indian commerce—B2B trade and local retail credit—was still running on red diaries (Bahi Khatas) and fragmented WhatsApp chats. Shopkeepers were spending their Sundays tallying up ledgers, manually calling customers for pending dues, and stressing over GST compliance.
We realized that existing accounting software was built for Chartered Accountants, not for the merchant standing behind the counter dealing with 10 customers at once. Thus, UdhaarBill was born. Our goal was simple: build a financial operating system so intuitive that a shopkeeper could record an udhaar entry in 5 seconds, yet so powerful that it could handle automated WhatsApp reminders, complex GST calculations, and real-time cloud sync.
The Product Vision
We envision a future where UdhaarBill is the central nervous system of every Indian retail and wholesale business. Beyond digital khata and GST billing, our roadmap includes integrated supply chain financing, predictive inventory AI, and seamless ONDC integration. We are building the rails upon which the next generation of Indian commerce will run—fast, secure, and entirely mobile-first.
